 After a slight decrease in the volume of feed production in April of this year, in May an increase in the output of these products was observed in Russia.

In total, at the end of May this year, the country produced 3.1 million tons of mixed feed, which is 2.5% more than a month earlier, according to Rosstat materials.

In annual terms, the volume of feed production in the country in May increased by 4.8% compared to May 2023. The production volumes of these products increased by almost the same amount (4.7%) in the first five months of this year compared to the same period in 2023.

After a slight decrease in the volume of feed production in January and February of this year, since March there has been a stable output of these products at the level of 3.1 million tons per month, it follows from the data of the statistical agency.
