According to the weekly report “Monitoring prices for beef in Russia and abroad,” prepared by IMIT, the average level of wholesale prices for imported beef and offal in Russia decreased by 2.5% this week, and by 3.5% during the month.
On March 11, 2019 in North-West Federal District, neck-shoulder cut is sold at a wholesale price of 319.8 rubles / kg, a rump costs 321.3 rubles / kg, and fins - 323.3 rubles / kg.
In the Central Federal District the average wholesale prices for imported neck-blades were set at the level of 282.0 rubles / kg, rump costed 358.7 rubles / kg, and fins - 366.8 rubles / kg.
