Dmitry Patrushev, Minister of Agriculture of Russia, stressed that Russian agricultural sector has demonstrated stable growth rates in recent years.

The Ministry of Agriculture considers that the main priority of the development of the Russian agro-industrial complex is to improve product quality. This was announced by the Minister of Agriculture of Russia Dmitry Patrushev during the opening of the exhibition of advanced technologies in agricultural production "All-Russian Field Day - 2019".

“Today, our main priority is, of course, quality. It is high-quality agricultural products that will ensure the implementation of our strategic plans,” said the head of the Ministry of Agriculture.

Patrushev stressed that Russian agriculture in recent years has shown stable growth rates. "This is confirmed by high yields, the provision of domestic food market, increased investment in the agricultural sector and the positive dynamics of agricultural exports. For the near future, our goal is to increase the efficiency of the agricultural sector systematically and comprehensively," he said.
