Kazakhstan increased meat exports by 2.5 times in 2018. This was reported by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In 2018, 33.2 thousand tons of meat were exported from Kazakhstan, including 19.4 thousand tons of beef, 3.1 thousand tons of mutton, 1.1 thousand tons of pork, and 8 thousand tons of poultry meat.

Compared with the 2017, exports of meat from Kazakhstan increased by 2.5 times, exports of beef - 3.5 times, exports of lamb - 3.4 times, exports of pork - 1.6 times, poultry - by 38%.

Kazakhstan supplies meat to the countries of the EEU, the CIS, the Middle and Far East.
