Agricultural producers from Dagestan presented their products at the First China International Exhibition of Imported Goods in Shanghai. The event gathered participants from more than 130 countries.
In a pavilion organized by the Russian delegation, everyone could taste dishes from Dagestan lamb, the official website of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation reports.
It is important that the quality of Dagestan meat was noted by the Prime Minister of Russia Dmitry Medvedev at the last exhibition “Golden Autumn 2017” last year. The master class on cooking Dagestan lamb was held by the chef of the restaurant “Cristal Room Baccarat” Michel Lenz.
Dmitry Medvedev called Dagestan meat "the most delicious."
