In the first half of the year, exports of finished food products from the Moscow region amounted to almost $800 million or 530,000 tons, which is 32,000 tons more than in the same period in 2021, writes The DairyNews with reference to the press service of the regional Ministry of Agriculture and Food.
"In the first half of the year, the agro-industrial complex of the Moscow Region supplied foreign buyers with finished food products in the amount of 530,000 tons for a total of $ 797 million. This is 32,000 tons more than in the same period in 2021. The main groups of products supplied abroad are meat, confectionery, non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks," the agency said in a statement.
