Experts predict that the Russian grain harvest in 2019 will be 16% lower than the previous one. Grain prices will inevitably rise. Concerns about the possible increase in the prices of grain imported from Russia are expressed by Armenian business circles. In a conversation with the correspondent of the news agency “Sputnik Armenia”, the chairman of the Union of Poultry Farmers of Armenia Sergey Stepanyan noted that the prices for mixed feeds are already rising. A kilogram of feed has risen in price by 30 drams (AMD), the cost of its production also increased, which, in turn, affected the price of poultry meat.
