Since August 10, the Rosselkhoznadzor has temporarily limited the import of live poultry, hatching eggs, poultry meat and by-products from Bulgaria that have not undergone heat treatment. the farm network Agrobook reports.
The ban was introduced in connection with the deterioration of the epizootic situation associated with the spread of the Newcastle disease virus in poultry farms in Bulgaria. Restrictions apply to feed and herbal feed additives from Bulgarian manufacturers, as well as used equipment for poultry keeping and slaughtering. At the same time all listed goods are allowed to be imported into Russia until August 23, 2020, accompanied by veterinary certificates issued in accordance with the instructions of the Rosselkhoznadzor from December 21, 2017 No. FS-NV-7/28061.
