The net profit of ROS AGRO PLC for the first quarter of 2022 decreased by 66% to 2.24 billion rubles ($26 million) compared to a year earlier. Revenue increased by 23% to 61.5 billion rubles ($715 million), adjusted EBITDA increased by 51% to 16.89 billion rubles ($196 million). This was announced by the company.

Rusagro Group of Companies is one of the largest vertically integrated agricultural holdings in Russia. The Group is involved in sugar production, fat and oil business, pig breeding and crop production.

The net profit of ROS AGRO PLC for 2021 under IFRS increased by 71% to 41.4 billion rubles ($563 million) compared to a year earlier. Revenue increased by 40% to 222.9 billion rubles ($3.03 billion). Adjusted EBITDA amounted to RUB 48.06 billion ($653 million), an increase of 50%.
