In January-September, Russia multiplied the supply of poultry meat to the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia.

According to the results of the three quarters of 2022, the volume of exports of poultry products to the UAE quadrupled year-on-year to 8.7 thousand tons. Counterparties from Saudi Arabia purchased 38.8 thousand tons of poultry meat from Russia in nine months, which is twice as much as in the same period in 2021. All shipped products strictly comply with the Halal standard.

According to the forecast of the Center for Agroanalytics, the total volume of production of livestock and poultry meat by the end of 2022 will be 16 million tons.
