International Economic Summit "Russia - Islamic World: KazanSummit 2022" Russia Halal Expo takes part in Kazan, Tatarstan on May 19-21. Event brings together representatives of international organizations, public authorities, financial institutions, embassies, parliamentarians, leading investors and businessmen, top managers of Russian and foreign companies. The summit will demonstrate in the region new opportunities and niches in the Halal segment: in tourism and the hotel business, medicine, pharmaceuticals, in the food, cosmetic and chemical industries. During the business program, participants will discuss the most pressing issues of Halal industry development, international cooperation and innovation.The event is held within the framework of the activities of the Russia-Islamic World Strategic Vision Group, chaired by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.

The main goal of the 13th International Economic Summit "Russia - Islamic World: KazanSummit 2022" is to share economy issues and the common good of Halal. The key topics of the summit are Islamic finance and partner banking, the Halal industry, youth diplomacy, export development, entrepreneurship and investment. The event will also include the Russia Halal Expo 2022 exhibition, the Machine-Building Cluster Forum, the World Halal Day and events dedicated to the 1100th anniversary of the adoption of Islam by the Volga Bulgaria.

More than 100 companies from Russia, near and far abroad, will present their range of products and services to new partners. Visitors to the exhibition will be heads of large, medium and small businesses, experts from the scientific community, representatives of government bodies.

Last year, the summit brought together 5,000 representatives of international organizations, government authorities, financial institutions, top managers of Russian and foreign companies from 64 countries of the world and 41 regions of Russia, as well as 24 ambassadors and 5 consuls of foreign states on one platform. 

The total area OF THE Russia Halal Expo will double compared to 2021.
