In April 2023, beef (excluding boneless meat) in Russia cost an average of 490.62 rubles / kg - 0.4% more than in the previous month, and 4.5% more than in April 2022. Since the beginning of the year, the price has increased by 1.0%.

For the period from January 2021, the minimum price for beef was fixed in January 2021 - 362.22 rubles / kg, SoyaNews notes; maximum - in April 2023: 490.62 rubles / kg.

The most expensive beef in April 2023 was sold in the Central Federal District (560.23 rubles/kg), the cheapest - in the North Caucasus (447.05 rubles/kg).
