Hypoglycemic herbal preparation “Arfazetin” is added to ordinary boiled sausage. It contributes to the prevention and treatment of type 2 diabetes. Also, an infusion of bean leaves is added to the sausage.

The expert noted that the product will be in demand among Russians with prediabetes and type 2 diabetes. The total number of such people in Russia is about 5.1 million.

Medicinal sausage will reduce import dependence on foreign drugs for the prevention and treatment of diabetes. At the same time, such a sausage will cost about the same as a regular boiled sausage – instead of raw milk, the product of bean processing will be used in the recipe.

Production should start by the end of autumn. First, batches of 200 kg will be produced, then the production volume will be increased.
