By the end of summer, restaurateurs in Russia, including the Krasnodar Territory, managed to solve the main problems of international logistics that arose against the backdrop of sanctions in the spring of 2022, President of the Federation of Restaurateurs and Hoteliers of Russia Igor Bukharov told RIA Novosti.

Against the backdrop of sanctions, Russian restaurateurs faced problems with the supply of products from abroad. Today, according to the expert, foreign products are supplied to Russian restaurants, although the process still needs to be adjusted.

"Restaurateurs in Russia, including the Krasnodar Territory, have now solved the main problems of international logistics. All supply chains that were disrupted in the spring were resolved by the end of summer," Bukharov said.

He added that the decision on the delivery of imported alcohol to restaurants against the backdrop of sanctions will be made by the heads of the establishments on an individual basis. "The question of whether imported alcohol will be replaced by Russian is a question that every restaurateur decides for himself," the expert concluded.
