This was stated by Kirill Ermolenko, a member of the committee on information policy of the regional branch of the "Party of Growth" in the Samara region, head of the peasant farm. So he commented on the news that sunflower oil and a number of other food products have risen in price.

"As for the growth in the price of chicken meat, the beginning of the harvesting campaign of spring grains already shows that we will collect less grain for poultry. Accordingly, grain will be more expensive than last year. On the other hand, the world price of grain for flour production is growing, and the price for cheaper grain for poultry and animals is increasing. Also, following chicken meat, we will soon see an increase in the price of eggs for absolutely the same reasons" -Ermolenko said.
