Entrepreneurs establishing the production of import–substituting products will be able to obtain state or municipal land plots for rent in a simplified manner - without bidding. This was reported by the Government of the Russian Federation.
The new order will also affect gardeners, gardeners and citizens who run a private subsidiary farm. Previously leased state or municipal land plots can be redeemed by citizens without an auction. The transaction will take place provided that the land supervision authorities have not revealed any violations in the handling of land. This will significantly simplify the lives of citizens who had plots located on state or municipal lands.
In addition, the state will be able to exchange state or municipal land plots for private land, if it is required for the construction of socio-cultural and communal facilities. This rule will also be applied in the implementation of large-scale investment projects.
