 Federal budget appropriations reduced by 1 billion rubles

The State Duma adopted in the third reading amendments to the federal budget for 2019 and the planned period 2020-2021. In accordance with them, budget revenues increase by 206 billion rubles, expenditures - by 256 billion rubles. “These funds will go primarily to solve social problems, to implement the message of Russian President Vladimir Putin to the Federal Assembly,” said State Duma Chairman Vyacheslav Volodin, whose words are quoted on the website of the lower house of parliament.

At the same time, expenditures on the state program of agricultural development for this year have been reduced by 1 billion rubles. up to 302.6 billion rubles. “The proposed changes in budget allocations by the draft law do not lead to a change in the target values ​​of indicators (indicators) of the state program for the development of agriculture,” the explanatory note clarifies.
