"I ask you ... to consider the possibility of introducing a moratorium on increasing electricity tariffs for representatives of the military-industrial complex and the agro-industrial complex until the end of the SVO," the appeal says.

As the parliamentarian notes in his address, in the current political and economic conditions, it is necessary to increase the production of agricultural products and reduce their cost. “It is unacceptable and dangerous for food security and stability in the country to do the opposite,” the deputy added.

According to the deputy, the increase in electricity tariffs can have a particularly negative impact on small farms and rural cooperatives.
