The Executive Director of Rincon Management, Konstantin Korneev, said earlier that the egg market in Russia is quite saturated and balanced in terms of volume and supply. He noted that the egg is a cheap product, so its share in the consumer basket does not change. According to him, the main factor influencing the profitability and the egg market as a whole is the regulation of grain exports, which are the basis of the cost of feed production.
