Founder and former owner of “Evrodon” company Vadim Vaneev is trying to breathe a second life into the production of duck meat “Donstar” in the Millerovo district, said the first deputy governor of the Rostov region Victor Potters. In winter, the Arbitration Court of the Rostov Region accepted a statement from the head of the Evrodon company on the recognition of Donstar LLC as untenable company. Donstar`s debt amounted to 824.6 million rubles. In 2017, the company's revenue fell by 13% compared with 2016. At the same time, the net loss exceeded 140 million rubles. Vaneev changed his mind and completely refused the stated requirements, in connection with which on March 18 the arbitration proceedings were discontinued. Now Donstar is idle, part of the staff is dismissed, another is sent on vacation, and Vadim Vaneev is trying to refinance at the Agricultural Bank to restart production. LLC Donstar was registered in 2010. The main activity of this company is breeding ducks. Vadim Vaneev owns 99% of the share capital. Another percent belongs to the trading house "Agrotorg".
