Under the agreement on interregional cooperation, signed in June by the head of Yamal Region Dmitry Artyukhov and the acting governor of the Kurgan region Vadim Shumkov, Kurgan region will process Yamal vension and produce canned meat products, reports 45.ru.

 

The line for the production of venison stew operates at the Kurgan meat-processing plant “Standard”. In addition to the usual stew, similar to beef or pork, the company develops interesting novelties - for example, venison stew with juniper berries. Canned venison from Kurgan is delivered to different regions of Russia and abroad. In future, the product that is in high demand among lovers of outdoor activities, fishing and hunting is supposed to be exported to countries in Africa and Southeast Asia, and to China. This year, the volume of processing of raw materials coming from the Yamal, has already reached 100 tons. By the beginning of 2020, it is planned to process 250 tons of venison in Kurgan.
