 In January-September 2017, farmers of the Belgorod region produced 1 million 244.4 thousand tons of meat, which is 5% more than for the same period last year, Belgorodstat reports.

Pork production increased by 3.5% to 600 thousand tons , poultry meat - 628.7 thousand tons (an increase of 6.7%).

Milk production during the reporting period increased by 14.2% - up to 335.4 thousand tons, eggs - by 5.8%, up to 1 billion 139 million pieces.
